These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website quest4learn.com and the related services, applications, and content (together, the "Service") operated by Quest4Learn ("Quest4Learn", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Quest4Learn is an online educational platform that provides access to a curated bank of academic practice questions, solutions, and related study material. Access is offered on both free and paid subscription plans. The Service delivers digital content only; no physical products are sold, shipped, or delivered.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
• If you are a minor (under 18), you may use the Service only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@quest4learn.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, Plans & Payments

• Paid plans grant access to specified content for a fixed term (for example, monthly or yearly) as described at the time of purchase.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases; changes do not affect an active, already-paid term.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including PhonePe (supporting UPI, cards, and other methods). We do not store your full card or bank details; these are handled by the payment provider under their own terms and security standards.
• Access is normally activated immediately after a successful payment is confirmed. A plan is valid until the end of its paid term and does not renew automatically unless expressly stated at purchase.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Licence & Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own individual, non-commercial learning. You agree that you will not:

• copy, download in bulk, scrape, resell, sub-licence, publicly display, or redistribute the content;
• share your account or access credentials with any other person;
• remove or alter any watermark, attribution, or security marking;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, or interfere with its normal operation or security;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates this section.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, compilations, software, branding, and materials made available through the Service are owned by Quest4Learn or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited licence in Section 4.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers such as PhonePe (payments) and Google (sign-in). Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and its educational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for study and practice purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular examination or outcome, and we do not guarantee any specific academic result. Use of the content is at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quest4Learn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
