A good fuel has a high calorific value and burns without smoke or harmful gases.
Any two of these:
(1) It has a high calorific value: it produces a large amount of heat per unit mass on burning.
(2) It burns without producing smoke or harmful gases, so it does not pollute the environment (it is eco-friendly).
(3) It is cheap (less expensive) and easily available.
(4) It is easy to store and transport.
